With a decent amount of speed begin to scrub the pins as if you are scrubbing the top of your teeth with your toothbrush.

Maintain this tension throughout the process.
Then slowly wiggle the pick into the top part of the lock using a gentle up and down motion.
Change the angle the height and the speed of your pick as you rake.
