I can not figure out how to remove the door panel to replace the speakers.

Set the two t30 screws aside in a safe place. This will release pop the plastic clips holding the panel to the door. Grab that sucker pull up and take it off. Screw outer edge of panel.

The easiest way is to start from the bottom up. Remove lower 7mm screw. Follow this action around the bottom of the door until completely released. My sons 95 mustang door speakers are blown out.

Move to the outer edge of the door panel and pry off the two round plastic screw covers with the small flathead screwdriver. Use a screwdriver or door panel removal tool and wedge it in between the panel and the door.
