Remove the door panel from the door. Remove the door switch panel and the control switch panel and the control switch assembly. Remove screw holding door trim to door panel from behind inside latch release handle. Remove sliding door trim panel from vehicle.

Disengage push in fasteners holding trim to door panel around perimeter and upper edge of door sliding door trim panel. Remove all door trim panel retaining screws and door pull armrest assemblies. Pry around the bottom and sides of the door panel with a panel tool to release the retaining clips. Pry out the screw cover in the door pull cup and remove the screw.

Pull the door panel toward you at the top and reach in behind to locate and disconnect the door handle rod.
