One thought to keep in mind is that there are a few different types of leaks you may develop and each type of leak will need a different fix.
For larger rips or tears in your camper roof you may need some fiberglass repair tape shown below.

If there is any previous sealant on the leak you should pick it off with a knife taking care not to damage the roof further.
